Definition

truckspace.co.uk and all other subsidiaries and affiliates such as “the company”, “the/this website”, “our”, “we”, “us” provides the information displayed on this website. Visitors and all other subsidiaries such as “the user”, “you”, “your”. The company is responsible only for the maintenance and publishing of the website/website material and takes no responsibility for content submitted by the user.

The Agreement

This document constitutes an agreement between the company and you, the user. From the date of our accepting this agreement, we agree to provide you with access to this service in accordance with the level of subscription opted for.

For full membership, you agree to make payment in accordance with the terms of your subscription. Minimum contract term is one month, with the maximum contract term being 1 year.

By using this site, you, the user will:

Post as accurate description of load/vehicle as possible.
Remove out of date loads/vehicles or loads/vehicles that are no longer available.
Pay all bills/invoices within the agreed time frame.
Refrain from submitting material that may be indecent, unlawful or obscene.
NOT breach any laws that may infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
Comply with any legislation associated with material submitted.
NOT divulge any information contained within this website including your login details to any third party.
Hereby indemnify us against any loss, damage or expense incurred by your use of our service.
NOT distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm truckspace.co.uk or the interests and/or property of truckspace.co.uk users.
NOT display contact details in anywhere but the designated areas. Displaying contact details in load/vehicle description is not permitted.
NOT quote un-realistic prices to users in order to get business. We are here to provide a service to the transport industry not to bankrupt it.
NOT use this site and it contents to promote cabotage
NOT enquire about loads/vehicles unless you are intent on using this facility for which it was originally intended.
NOT Use this service if you do not possess insurance and any neccesary certification
NOT submit any marketing or promotional material intended to solicit business.
NOT harvest or otherwise collect information about users of our service, including email addresses and company details etc without their express consent.

The company reserves the right to disable the accounts of users who breach these terms without notice and without refund.

Disclaimer

The company shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, expense or damage incurred by you as a result of using our service (whether direct, indirect or consequential).

The company does not endorse, support or vouch for any organisation (s) or person (s) using our service and does not warrant and or guarantee the accuracy of the content submitted by any organisation (s) or person (s).

The company reserves the right to remove any material submitted or posted by the user, without notice to you if it is deemed to be detrimental to the function of our service.

The company is not responsible for any arrangements made between users of this site.

Release

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Subscription Charges

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to be a subscriber in order to offer loads, vehicles or storage. Just register as a free basic member.

Subscriptions are charged at £5/month and will be automatically repeated until a cancellation request has been acknowledged. By registering as a full member you permit truckspace.co.uk Ltd to debit your credit/debit card every month for use of our service until a cancellation request has been made by you and acknowledged by us. Members who have paid the £50 fee for 1 years membership will not have their payment automatically repeated and will be contacted prior to membership expiring. WE DO NOT TAKE A COMMISSION/CUT FROM ANY WORK ON THIS SITE.

Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership at anytime by contacting us by email and or telephone. Please note that we require 72 hours notice to ensure that any recurring payments are cancelled. Subscriptions must be cancelled in order to stop recurring payments. Please ensure that your cancellation request has been confirmed by one of the team.
